Cancellation & Make-Up Policy

TRAINING

Training Cancellation Policy - Training runs month-to-month; months are paid in full by the first weeks training and no refunds are issued once enrolled and paid for the monthly course.

Recurring Payments - Recurring payments for training auto-drafts on the 1st of every month moving forward after initial payment purchase until cancelled by purchaser. Plans are non-refundable and missed sessions do not roll over as future months memberships; missed sessions are offered as make-up sessions that expire within 60 days of missed training.

Training Make-Up Policy - A make-up session is available to book for all enrolled group members and can be booked on any running make-up day within 30 days of missed training. It is players responsibility to keep up with missed trainings and book and attend make-up session(s). Individual Training make-up sessions are ran with our normal 90minute Group Make-Up Sessions.

BATTING CAGES & FIELD

Batting Cage Cancellation Policy - Batting Cage Cancellation (Team & Individual) must cancel appointment within 24 hours of appointment start time in order to receive refund or move appointment to different day/time. If Rental time is missed no issue will be refunded nor will appointment be able to be moved to a future time/date

Field Cancellation Policy - Field Cancellation (Team & Individual) must cancel appointment within 24 hours of appointment start time in order to receive refund or move appointment to different day/time. If Rental time is missed no issue will be refunded nor will appointment be able to be moved to a future time/date

GOLF SIMULATOR

Golf Simulator Cancellation Policy - Golf Simulator Cancellation (Team & Individual) must cancel appointment within 24 hours of appointment start time in order to receive refund or move appointment to different day/time. If Rental time is missed no issue will be refunded nor will appointment be able to be moved to a future time/date

SMS is used for scheduling purposes only. SMS is only sent upon players completion of a Player Evaluation, which is to get started into training. Contact information is only obtained from information submitted to our website from person for Player Evaluation or verbally for anyone who is interested in learning more about training. All contact information is safely stored in our website database via WIX and is not further shared besides name and contact number to SMS texting for scheduling purposes. To remove personal information you can reply 'STOP' to text messages to be removed from our SMS list. You can also call 409.291.8994 to correct, verify, change or remove any personal information.
