Hitting
A four week specialized training progression for ages 7 & up ran month-to-month catering from beginner to advanced. Personal learning checklists embodied in our progression based program includes corrections in stance, positive move, negative move, ground force, launch position and more. Program reaches areas of barrel control, power, core strength, situation hitting, bat speed and more included with monthly analytical and video feedback provided by HitTrax. Hitting training designed by Matt Thompson.
Softball Pitching
A four week specialized training progression for ages 8 & up ran month-to-month catering from beginner to advanced. Players are placed into groups by Reagan Smith, Prime Baseball Training's Softball Pitching Instructor. Placing based on current skill level from Player Evaluation or previous months training. Group trainings are 90-minute weekly sessions lead by Reagan Smith. Training covers all areas of pitching mechanics including velocity, building, spins, multiple pitch types, pitch design and more with backing of Video Capture and Analytical Feedback via HitTrax. Softball Pitching designed & instructed by Reagan Smith.
